<ul>
<li>Ensure properties are maintained in a safe, sound, secure and sanitary manner </li>
<li>Maintain thorough knowledge of, and follow all Client Statement of Work (SOW), Investor, Government, Local, State, Federal and Regulatory agencies, as well as Altisource® policies, procedures, and requirements on assigned inventory</li>
<li>Conduct a thorough review of each inspection and work order assigned, to ensure that the report appears correct, based on the information provided in the inspection report or work order, as well as the photos the Vendor has provided, and that the mandatory photos are attached, are clear, and adequately reflect the property condition.</li>
<li>Obtain over-allowable approval from Client and/or Investor, when the loan has reached it’s “life of loan” allowable maximum, is not pre-approved, or exceeds pre-approved line-item pricing</li>
<li>Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls as required, to and from team members, vendors, municipalities and brokers, for the completion of work items</li>
</ul>

<li>Reviews underwriting materials with the Underwriting functions to assess viability of both Proposed Contractors and Projects</li>
<li>Responsible for generating draw status notifications for primary contact and monitors service level agreements to ensure contractual turn times are met.</li>
<li>Perform analysis on proposed construction projects and review Contractor qualifications.</li>
<li>Receives requests by telephone or email and provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information and routes the request to the proper person. Traces the status of draws through internal software systems and works with the customer service team lead to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.</li>
<li>Daily ordering of residential and commercial inspections. Review, update and balance budgets when new information is provided and revise reports accordingly. Maintain acceptable levels of data integrity and quality.</li>
<li>Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in the department.</li>

<li>Property Registration Processing, requesting payment to send to the city, and analyze all steps of due payment processing for errors and discrepancies</li>

<p>We are looking for a <strong>Analyst, Quality Assurance</strong> providing an opportunity for growth. You will be the go to person/resource everyday- people depend on you in the volume of our portfolio in our Property Preservation unit of Altisource.</p>

<li>Ensure properties are maintained in a safe, sound, secure and sanitary manner </li>
<li>Maintain thorough knowledge of, and follow all Client Statement of Work (SOW), Investor, Government, Local, State, Federal and Regulatory agencies, as well as Altisource® policies, procedures, and requirements on assigned inventory</li>
<li>Conduct a thorough review of each inspection and work order assigned, to ensure that the report appears correct, based on the information provided in the inspection report or work order, as well as the photos the Vendor has provided, and that the mandatory photos are attached, are clear, and adequately reflect the property condition.</li>
<li>Obtain over-allowable approval from Client and/or Investor, when the loan has reached it’s “life of loan” allowable maximum, is not pre-approved, or exceeds pre-approved line-item pricing</li>
<li>Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls as required, to and from team members, vendors, municipalities and brokers, for the completion of work items</li>
</ul>

<li>Receives requests by telephone or email and provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information and routes the request to the proper person. Traces the status of draws through internal software systems and works with the customer service team lead to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.</li>
<li>Daily ordering of residential and commercial inspections. Review, update and balance budgets when new information is provided and revise reports accordingly. Maintain acceptable levels of data integrity and quality.</li>
