Culture was fun for awhile, but soon the bad outweighed the good. Absolutely no advancement opportunity; a single position would open every couple years. Challenging and abusive customers, high volume, and high metric expectations. No family balance; having children was borderline impossible due to being required to work weekends or nights with no leeway. Vous n'aurez aucune vie personnelle puisque la direction estime que vous devez tout accepter y comprit les changements d'horaires de dernières minutes et de faire l'équivalent de 2 postes pour une seule personne. Possibilité d'effectuer 10 jours d'affilée sans jour de repos. Pour l'équipe du matin il y a le déchargement de livraison 3 fois par semaine en plus de votre travail. Les employés y vont avec la boule au ventre, pas le droit de discuter entre collègues, une ambiance stressante et électrique. La directrice est une personne lunatique et elle s'amuse à prendre en grippe les employés à tour de rôle. While it can be fun, it can also require a lot of overtime depending on what project you are on. Expect upwards of 10-12 hour shifts 6 days a week. Also, you are a contract employee. You will be let go after about a year or so to avoid having to give benefits.
