Very stressful job

Booking is a great place for learning and development. The job as a customer service is very stressful due to the company policies. A lot of inside changes happen and the agents are not always updated about them, however they aspect you to know. The salary is not great for all that stress.

Cool perks but unrealistic metrics

The metrics get worse w/ time..as the "finish line" kept being pushed back. Nothing really ever seemed good enough....but the perks were pretty cool (company gear), potlucks, meeting cool coworkers etc.

I canât say enough good things about working with OpenTable. The entire P&C team is great from management downwards. Great PTO benefits including an additional week off in the summer as well as winter. Work from almost anywhere policy has done amazing things for retention and employee morale. I feel energized and excited to work everyday.
