The computer literacy of 80% of the staff is abysmal. The IT dept is incompetent and rude. HR does nothing when people are sexually harassed. The pay is far below market value. The systems in place are taped together with hope and prayers. I would never bank with them. There is lots of bullying. Great people, great culture, executive mgmt really tried to get everyone to work together. You can tell they care, which can be tough to do at banks. Processes are a bit of a mess. They're working on it. Things move slower than other places I've worked at.
