Clearing accounts and schedules researching is a pain especially when other managers never respond to your emails. Vacation benefits not good, sick hours is limited and when you called in sick they will make you feel why are you doing it. Did my vacation and had a good time but once you return to work a big filled up stuff in your desk because no one touches it and you will be wondering how did they get balanced when nothing was entered in system. People are friendly, respectful and fun-loving. The Bank has aquired other Banks as part of it's overall growth plan, so it can be challenging when that happens. Once covid hit it was rough. We were getting overworked and underpaid. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, but still very conservative. The bank is going through a growth spurt, however, that's bringing lots of changes and stress. More than half of the senior management has recently retired and there's a steady stream of talent walking out the door for greener pastures. Good benefits package; generous health care and 401k match. Friendly, helpful people. Compensation doesn't keep pace with industry standards. Smart, lower level talent is not valued. I figured out how to get the job done, however not without a price. I came from a big bank and its not cut throat, the sales goals are obtainable. Lots of room to grow. I would like to pay less for my medical plan but its competitive to what other banks offer.
