The sense of unity and collaboration which existed when I came on board in 2020 is long gone, and at times it seems like they are struggling with deciding the overall focus of the company going into the future. Decisions take forever to be made on simple things, and useful resources are hit and miss depending on what category we're talking about. The benefits and pay for the responsibilities are amazing, but the lack of respect from leadership isn’t worth it. Constantly do less, give bankers more responsibility and then take the credit. Management does not know how to do simple tasks like edit night drop or proper documentation for account opening/closing and expect you to train new hires with no additional pay. You get to learn a lot about how money works yet I would recommend doing that with another bank or in a different cluster that is not Golden, Lakewood or Downtown. Different cluster means different management and that makes a huge difference.
