Not a fun place to work

Closed the doors, left us because they can not run a company correctly. Terrible scheduling, low pay and managers that talk down to people. Poor quality clothes.

One of the worst places to work! Coworkers were snooty and bosses werenât helpful.
If you didnât make numbers,you were pulled into the office and screamed at about why you couldnât make your goals..because there werenât any customers that wanted to buy anything!!

I worked there full time for about 4 years. The health benefits were good and also the vacation and sick days. I liked my co-workers, we worked well together. I enjoyed retail very much. I would have stayed much longer but I was offered a receptionist position at double the hourly rate I was earning at Bon-Ton, so I moved on.

Generous discount, good health benefits, helping customers with purchases.

They don’t pay associates enough, and expect them to work holidays and long hours. There is always a staff shortage.. and young workers are expected to work the bad hours.

Doesn't take suggestions. Or let you change from part-time to full-time

With the year that I worked there I had so many people ask do you sell kids shoes do sell belts for men and many other stuff. When we would bring up the suggestions that we were telling them. They were like okay we'll take that into consideration and never do. They won't let you switch from part-time to full-time. And they really cater to old people 70's and up and they're not trying to get in the market of the younger generations.

I like working there the staff was concern bout their employees. We would have potlucks, they supplied snacks for us. My supervisor was always their if you needed help with anything. The store had great benefits and they b would train you what you needed to know according to their policies. I was so disappointed when the store closed the store.
