The Bank's market provides a prime opportunity for success as a community bank is treasured. Since the bank continues to grwo, there are many opportunities to find career advancement. There are numerious ways to learn so much from others in areas that would not be available in larger banks. You are exposed to many different jobs and new skills. This is a small bank compared to peers. Many decisions are made without the full 'buy in' from senior management. Many business decisions are not properly communicated to the parts of the team that should know and help with these business processes.
