Great place, most people who are working here have been here for a long time and are not looking to change, which shows that management cares about them. You typically here from higher management every couple of weeks in regards to what's going on within the bank which makes you feel involved. Not product pushing like most other banks and are great team across regions

- Great institutional knowledge; teams clearly know how to grow the business effectively and keep employee retention high. - Fair to great compensation; my offered salary was highly competitive. - Management open to new ideas.

- The culture is dated; there needs to be hard conversations about how the world has changed since the pandemic. New ways of working can be more efficiently utilized. - The tech is highly outdated. The older employees are very stuck in their ways. - The amount of paper that is used and wasted is ridiculous as well as other resources. There is very little effort to be modern or be environmentally friendly (coming from tech, this has been very frustrating for me personally - there are so many new technological ways to be less wasteful and more efficient).
