<p>We are seeking a Director of Loan Coordination to join our Loan Administration team at Bridgewater Bank in St. Louis Park. In this role you will supervise leaders in the Loan Coordination department and provide oversight of loan coordination functions. You will also ensure that certain functions are finalized in loan closing file completion including processes, procedures, and exception report monitoring for the team.</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p>

<li>Oversee Loan controls within the functional area as it relates to SOX.</li>
<li>Oversee and participate in the functions of the loan coordination area including supporting an assigned lender.</li>
<li>Participate in the formulation and review of processes and procedures while setting accountability standards.</li>
<li>Manages projects that impact Loan Coordination area and is responsible for effectively communicating changes among the greater Department.</li>

<li>Resource for internal staff, clients, and outside agencies by performing a variety of customer service activities including responding to requests, researching discrepancies, and resolving issues.</li>

<p>We are seeking a Senior Loan Coordinator to join our Loan Administration team at Bridgewater Bank in St. Louis Park. In this role, you will provide administrative management of a diverse loan portfolio to ensure all loan documentation is accurate and in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Review and process documentation for consumer and commercial loans to ensure terms of documents are in accordance with committee approved request and following bank policy, lending practices and regulatory statutes. May include communication with outside counsel related to document preparation and other due diligence.</li>
<li>Order, review and/or file appropriate reports which may include title search, title work, flood certificates, surveys or other due diligence information from various sources and prepare reports and/correspondence as appropriate.</li>
<li>Manage closing process which may include scheduling closing and initiate funding.</li>
<li>Verifies outgoing wires, initiated from within the Loan Administration Department, between the threshold of $2,000,000 to $5,000,000.</li>
<li>Assemble and organize loan files electronically, complete audit checklist and file original documents per bank policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Proactively monitor compliance tracking system to ensure lien is recorded timely and financial information required in the loan documentation is received.</li>
<li>Manage internal/external requests and financial transactions within the term of the loan documentation, bank policies and procedures. Includes draws, payments, wire transfers, payoffs, collateral releases, renewals, and modifications.</li>
<li>Primary contact for Lender, clients, and outside agencies by performing a variety of customer service activities including responding to requests, researching discrepancies, and resolving issues</li>
<li>Mentor and develop loan team on bank products, policy, procedures, regulatory requirements, and lending practices.</li>

<p><strong> QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5 - 7 years of Commercial and Consumer loan processing and/or documentation experience</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>High attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of rules, regulations and policies relating to loan documentation</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>
</ul>

<p>We are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance Team at Bridgewater Bank in St. Louis Park. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting including support and assistance with the implementation, maintenance and review of internal controls and policies and procedures.</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the Bank and affiliates</li>
<li>Coordinate with auditors as needed in connection with year-end audits, quarterly reviews & other engagements</li>
<li>Perform research of complex technical accounting matters and provide appropriate interpretation of the relevant guidance</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance, provide US GAAP interpretation, and prepare technical memorandums that document issues in a clear, logical, and comprehensive manner</li>
<li>Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance including providing training to the applicable areas</li>
<li>Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive accounting policy documents to improve clarity and consistency</li>
<li>Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements</li>
<li>Perform continuous assessment of the use of automated processes and procedures and re-engineer to reduce the timing of financial report preparation</li>
<li>Assist with preparation various regulatory reports (Call Report, FR Y-9C & FR Y-9LP)</li>
<li>Support month end and year end closing</li>
<li>Participate in other job duties and projects as assigned</li>
</ul>

<p><strong> QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience, CPA preferred</li>
<li>Working knowledge of U.S GAAP and SEC rules and regulations along with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting issues</li>
<li>Strong technical Accounting and Financial Reporting experience.</li>
<li>Experience with general ledger accounting systems.</li>
</ul>

<p>We are seeking an Associate Accountant to join our growing Finance team at Bridgewater Bank in St. Louis Park. In this role, you will perform a variety of accounting activities to support the daily finance and accounting functions of the bank. This individual will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of transactions, preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations. You will also provide support to various new projects and initiatives.</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain documentation for new or updated Treasury funding activities</li>
<li>Process timely outgoing wires of various wholesale funding deposits as needed</li>
<li>Assist with the recordkeeping and documentation of the bond portfolio in AccuDoc</li>
<li>Daily management of the Finance e-mail inbox and mail receipt</li>
<li>Facilitate the annual filing of sales and use tax</li>
<li>Assist with the processing of accounts payable invoices as needed</li>
<li>Assist with accounts payable vendor maintenance and set-up as needed</li>
<li>Assist with property management reconciliations</li>
<li>Post journal entries</li>
<li>Prepare monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts</li>
<li>Assist month-end close process, including general ledger analysis</li>
<li>Provide exceptional service to external vendors and other internal departments</li>
<li>Work with the accounting team to assist with other accounting functions as need arises</li>
