Stable, well paid job

This was a fast paced restaurant that I enjoyed working for very much. The management was excellent and always willing to help. The tips were amazing, the restaurant was always busy, I opened up the store and stayed three years.

Good Coworkers, Poor Management NO BREAKS

The Cheesecake Factory Peoria gave no breaks unless you worked a double shift. Chroniclly understaffed, poor management (gm and bakey manager got roles through nepotism). Good coworkers, but would be better if they weren't constantly stressed by being overworked. I wouldnt go back for a billion dollars.

No big pros, you only get a 50% discount on one item per shift. Free drinks tho.

Very nice people to work with, including the managers. Flexibility with scheduling is great.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It's extremely busy, but the only stress is if multiple customers get annoyed at the same time if they are not sat when they think they should be.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good overall. Sometimes staff can get frustrated but everyone works as a team.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typically, it goes smoothly. I usually am scheduled for the busy times. You are free to take a 10 minute break in a four hour work shift if you choose.

Serving you can make good money. All other positions are decent pay.

The lack of alot of items you need. Favoritism is big! Management is inconsistent, there may be 1 out of 4 or 5 that are good.

The actual employees always seem to be a great mix. You'll have fun with the personality of the environment because the staff at cheesecake factory for the most part are awesome!
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
To be real, decent for the most part on week days. On weekends a struggle 😂 Always run out of the same dishes or silverware they been short on for years. Smh, why doesn't anyone order way more for once?
