SUMMARYThe Executive Account Manager will be dedicated to a portfolio of large Financial Institution customers that generate significant revenues currently and represent strong growth potential.These accounts require a proactive, high energy, and driven leader with experience in executing on complex strategies and tactics. Oversee ongoing customer support and escalate as appropriate to deliver customer satistfaction. Actively seeks business influencers within assigned accounts and expand the company’s reach into Marketing, Product, Distribution, Operations, and other critical functional areas Develop and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.  Proactively communicate new products, sales strategies, and best practices.
