The people I work with are great. Pay and benefits okay. Remote work options are nice.

Senior and Executive Management contribute to a toxic environment. They clearly don't believe in "taking care of each other" or about transparency. 2 rounds of layoffs in 3 months prove that.

Being fully remote is the only pro.

I quit and it was the best decision. Upper management doesn't have a grasp on the toxic environment that middle management has created on their teams. Very disconnected. They laid off a handful of great people, including a project leader who added 2 recent people to the team. They lack trust and genuine care in their people. Many employees wonder who is steering the ship and calling the shots when there's such poor communication, transparency and lack of action among groups. No one can seem to make traction to see a project through because of all the culture issues and politics. This is a company who talks about core values when you go through training but you will not see the behaviors of core values in the actions of people or culture.

Firstly if you are ANY other race besides Europeans or Indian- don't waste your time. They will try to low ball your experience and not pay you your worth.. Secondly the work environment itself is extremely toxic. And only upper executive management gets paid their worth even though Washington state thinks they're really paying employees but their absolutely are NOT RUN
