Amazing atmosphere but low pay & high insurance

The people you work with are amazing. My manager was so supportive and incredible.(I was lucky to have such a great manager). The higher ups are laid back and nice. Mileage pay is really good. Hours are super good. No crazy stressful goals.

Insurance is ridiculously high. Just to provide for my family and I it was half of my paycheck.. going somewhere else and it’s 75% less offering the same thing.. you get paid ONCE a month. And the pay is very low.

Put more money into insurance for families. Me supporting myself and my family was astronomical. Other places offer the same thing and it’s 60-75% less. I think helping more with insurance will be a huge benefit and will help keep people around longer. Also, pay should be better.. at least $18 per hour.
