Leadership in general is pretty terrible. The culture is toxic as a result.

Be careful working here. Dallas is a toxic environment due to the Texas leadership. There are really good people that work here, but the leadership that runs down from the top is tough to deal with. There is virtually zero communication from the top down.

Only Interested in What They Can Get Out of You
|
Poor time and effort is put into training, then when the poor training didn't teach you everything, you are made to feel very small and condescended to for the things you do not know. Management has no desire to help you grow, pretends to accept input but quickly shuts down any input offered. This was my experience and I have seen similar experiences from others as well. Hybrid work was pitched in the interview but was never actually provided.

As a new person this job gave little training with management that was allowed to work from home daily but new people are required to come onsite daily. Issues out laptops but operates as if they are desk tops. With car issues, inclement weather illness any life event there is no flexibility and your forced to use PTO. Only 4 weeks maternity leave. When my dog got sick I was told he doesn't count as family so couldn't use my sick time and was forced to use PTO. They do not give the option of time off unpaid so forces you to go negative which can lead to termination just like many other things in this company. Was lied to during the interview process for several things. Don't bother working here.
