Thanks for the response but, I had already thought of that, and changed my password on the computer. Though it doesn't matter it never gets to the logon screen before it says there is a database error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. cleaned out the cache and restarted my phone. still getting the same problem. It started after the last update for the app that was done.

When it works it's ok at best, but it frequently has network connection errors, login errors, and crashes often. More so if by some miracle you make it in the app, the app itself fails to show you any pending payments or deposits, making it difficult to budget and track finances. For all the silly fees CapFed collects the least they could do is make sure the app actually works.

Horribly unreliable. 25% of the time I can't get the app open and have to end up resetting my password. I don't know how many bad reviews for this app there will need to be to get any sort of update or rework. It's tragic.

Horrible App: Better to use an old check register from 1982 or a bar napkin. And whatever you do, don't sign up for SMS balance alerts... they're texted to you at FOUR IN THE MORNING....and no, you can't change the time they're delivered. Also, don't get a new phone and try to sign in either, you just get stuck in an infinite loop where the app tries to re-register you, but then tells you your account name/number is already in use (duh). Loan sharks and bookies have better apps than this.

Randomly says "network is busy" "can't connect". It'll randomly not even work and sit on a blank screen whenever I open it. I have to reinstall constantly.
