Pay is poor. C suite management is completely out of touch. Middle management has too many cooks in the kitchen doing too little cooking. Trying to convert to big bank values which will only serve to alienate customer base.

As someone who has doctors appointments regularly they are amazing at working with you on your schedule, the people are super friendly.
|
You have to use PTO with every day off, but PTO is earned faster than most other companies I've worked for.

-Development Environments can be overly restrictive. This is out of security concerns. These concerns are valid. There just needs to be resources allocated to fixes. I won't mention those fixes here but I know they are aware. I hope this becomes a priority in the near future as I saw so much progress in my time there and that would accelerate progress rapidly.
