Overall, a great place to work

The employees were some of the best I've worked with. Everyone had such a great attitude and work ethic.
|
Executive management was a bit too controlling. If they had allowed Directors of departments a bit more control over their budgets, employees, and practices, morale would have been a lot better.

As with any organization, favoritism and clique-ish tendencies can arise, creating resentment among colleagues, often unnecessarily. Advancement from within, though possible and encouraged, can seem less than rewarding with marginal compensation increases.
