Environment has turned ugly with coworkers not being able to trust anyone due to gossip which is tolerated by management. Politics are more important than getting the job done.

The company provided good benefits simply because it was part of a bank. There was a training program in place for newly hired employees.
|
Much favortism was shown to employees who had previously worked for the hiring manager. This was quite obvious to other employees. The company required you to work long hours with no overtime pay and no other forms of compensation to offset the extended hours.
