Pay and benefits were great depending on the department. I was part of a great team. Everyone worked together, especially during the last year of CommunityOne during the merger and integration process.

Low pay, management is slack they throw all the work to personal bankers, no advancement opportunities. I was told the raises were beneficial needless to say I have gotten a .20 raise in the couple years I have been there.
