Paid well/always understaffed
|
The pay was good due to the branch incentives and bonuses. We we’re consistently understaffed. You don’t get a flex day if you work a Saturday like most institutions if you are hourly. Instead every Sat is OT. I went 6-7 weeks at a time working every Saturday. Salaried employees get a day off during the week if they work Saturday. Most of them hardly work during th week, so it wasn’t much of a loss just unfair treatment between non exempt and exempt employees.

Good place to work

This is a good place to work. Management is very supportive and you never feel like you’re alone in trying to problem solve. However, they do seem to have an understaffing problem.

You have a standard schedule which is nice, you will work 8:30-5:15 (6:15) on fridays and they are pretty flexible with PTO/floating holidays. It was enjoyable but it is just a job.

Company was great overall to work for. Great benefits, bank hours, training, etc. Excellent! They no longer exist, since they merged with a different bank.

Better than most call centers. Team leads were great and helpful. Upper management not so much. Be careful of using PTO. Some folks weren't able to take their vacation because they ran out of PTO. I went on my already paid for vacation without PTO and got fired for it.
