Paying (member) base makes the customers the most entitled people one has ever dealt with (it's policy that memberships are only revoked for stealing, members are allowed to call employees derogatory names). Nearly all jobs require shiftwork, even after years of service. Constantly fighting insurance for coverage/time off for FLMA. The policies don't work as advertised. Unfair application of policies in terms of time off requests, inconsistent schedules, unfair cross-training, managers play favorites, open door policy is a scam (ask any lawyer), promotions for those who aren't the best performers.
