The position will analyze past and current waving and routing to develop efficient and cost effective routing solutions.</p> <p><strong>Primary Job Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for efficient processing of daily routing and waving process with Crocs automated warehouse equipment.</li> <li>Maintain customer profiles in WMS (Manhattan) and Salesforce.</li> <li>Verify all new accounts and determine best routing and waving methods to maximize the DC efficiency while meeting customer Routing requirements.</li> <li>Ensure all routing is DOT compliant.</li> <li>Develop, implement and monitor management reports that measure the cost effectiveness of the routing and waving processes.</li> <li>Monitor production plan and resolve scheduling problems through coordination with manufacturing, outside vendors, quality control, and project management.</li> <li>Track analysis results and provide feedback to leadership on wave effectiveness and expectations.
