<li>3+ years of full lifecycle technology recruiting experience preferably as an in-house Technical Recruiter</li>
<li>Proven experience recruiting a range of technical talent, specifically Software Engineers</li>
<li>Ability to source strong technical talent using LinkedIn or other recruiting platforms</li>
<li>Understanding of the SDLC and the different positions that fall within a Tech Department</li>
<li>Understanding of the latest software trends including; AWS, Microservices, and new and emerging open source technologies</li>
<li>Experience with candidate negotiations including compensation recommendations, extending offers, and closing candidates</li>
<li>Experience reviewing, dispositioning, scheduling and reporting on candidates within an ATS</li>
