A couple of nice benefits. Offices are pretty nice and in good locations. A good spot if you are early in your career, especially in engineering. Plenty of opportunity to deliver and learn. Once you get to a mid-level role, it's not a great place to grow. The company is VERY top-down. Most features are dictated from above, even small ones. There is a strong expectation that you do what you are told. Textbook feature factor. You have to be nice, always.
