At the end, the leadership (VP's and CEO, CFO) not from our team but higher ups were not transparent about what was about to happen before the big lay off came. And the company that it was sold seems to run the same way.

There are lots of meetings and work calls with the clients to accommodate changes that, most of the time, end up being done after hours.

The constant layoffs several times of year. The CEO has only idea. That is to move all the BU’s to India to cut cost and put more in their wallet.
