The work culture is a negative 20 and the management wants you to do things that are not ethical. If you dont just do what they ask you will be on the bad list. Then there are the people in a management position that clearly have minimal knowledge and clearly don’t belong there. It’s the blind leading the blind across the board. Think long and hard before you decide to accept a position at this bank because upper management has a lot to learn about their employees and what is important ..

Hire more people and treat them with the same respect you would treat the person next to you in the 5 th floor because it because of the little guys hard work and dedication that keeps you where you are. Put yourself in the shoes of the people who work for you. Every loan is not a good loan, need to install process and proper credit atmosphere. Company does not have as much C&I business as it says it does. Counts personal lines of credits to real estate developers as C&I. A lot of shadiness goes on here.

I've noticed that while a lot of us have been forced to relocate to Hauppauge, there are a few people who can get away with never coming into the office because they curry favor with senior nanagement. These are the same people getting promoted somehow.

No one would say it out loud but we all see what's going on. Back to office means everyone back to office. Stop doing favors for some and not others. We all have children and elderly to tend to. There should be a report that goes out to the CEO of who comes into the office and who doesn't. Those that don't should be fired. Stop promoting only those that look like you.
