You will work 60 plus hours if your management
The store manager is expected to do 80% of the work in the store! That is the regional directors words not mine.
Save yourself the trouble find a different job.

extremely inconsistent hours, barely any training, very outdated pos systems that barely can function. very unrealistic expectations on such a small and busy staff that has to constantly be everywhere at once. the pay isnt good at all and theres never a mention about pay raises or anything
