Key business partner with the partner/licensees responsible for coaching and holding their partner/licensees accountable to the standards and reputation of the brand while driving sales and profitability and enhancing guest satisfaction. Responsible for the performance of their partner/licensees and strives for continual improvement. Create growth opportunities through effective business planning, drive restaurant excellence through coaching and action planning, and build effective relationships through mutual trust and respect.  What You’ll Be Working On-Establish and maintain effective business relationships with our partners/licensees, providing information, support and guidance regarding:            Dunkin’ Brands & Baskin Robbins operating standards            Business strategy and goals            Store openings and operations            Equipment, processes, materials and services            Profit and loss            New industry trends and products            Country business and cultural practices and legal requirements            Market penetration and expansionUtilizes our coaching model by seeking first to understand, providing candid feedback, offering suggestions, and committing time and resources.  Understands what motivates each partners/licensees, checks for understanding through open ended questions and active listening, and supports feedback with data.Ensures effective action planning through root cause analysis, creation and execution of action plan, and scheduled follow-ups that drive accountabilityRole models “At Your Service Leadership” with partners/licensees community and builds effective relationships through mutual trust and respect Partners with the partners/licensees on the value and implementation of their business plan and the business review process as a method of planned growth and profitabilityEvaluates margins and identifies roadblocks to partners/licensees profitability and takes appropriate action for solving issuesEstablishes goals and communicates results; shares best practices and encourages collaboration with partners/licensees in portfolioInfluences licensees on the value of people development in their business plans, and provides suggestions on organizational structure and succession planningConsults with their partners/licensees on new product introductions, new restaurant openings, and bakery production.Provides clear and consistent communication on a regular basis with their supervisor and DBI Field teamManages personal expenses, follows all policies and required procedures, and documents all franchisee interactions What You’ll Need-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.7 to 10 years of QSR and/or sales/operations experience in a multinational environment­­­­­­.Knowledge and sensitivity to cultural differences within assigned region.  Ability to communicate effectively in English and ability to read, write & speak the language in the assigned region – Arabic required.
