I left before the many layoffs. It was nice at the time, but I'm not sure how it is now; seems like a lot of people are unhappy and a lot of essential people just keep being laid off.

Can be a grind

Not an unusual workload daily but most management piles pressure on you.
Senior management has a you're all just cogs attitude. I have literally witnessed personally MANY times C level execs say the equivalent of shut up or leave while things were either on fire or about to be on fire rather than take issues seriously.
Pay is ok but new hires always get more while tenured workers get left on lower pay scales.

This company was good until 2022 when the board fired the CEO and brought in a new hack from Google. The leaders at this company are soulless, raking in millions and over-hiring directors and VPs, but laying off individual contributors (3 times in last 18 months) to try to get costs down so they can sell this gasping carcass to the highest PE bidder.
