It was honestly a great place to work. One of the best experiences I've had with a remote customer service job. The support was excellent. Managers and coaches seemed to care. After working there for a couple of years, I remained friends with some of the managers. Lots of room to move or grow if you want. The pay was fair, with bonuses and regular raises.

They lie to you

The pay and benefits are great! The management is poor they do not care about you as a person or want to help you. Chat support is very unhelpful. Qa will mark you down for everything.
I was hire to be remote. Within four weeks. The brought us all in to a meeting and said you need to commute to the build 3 days a week. It does not matter the distance. They knew where I lived when they hired me. When I left the company they still owe me two gift cards for an incentive. I still have not gotten them I have contacted my supervisor and hr. No response

Work is pretty much easy once you get hands on it. It feels repetitive sometimes but it is nature of the job. Managers are great, they treat you fair will give you multiple chances even if you dont meet expectations. Friendly people and relaxed culture.

Great work climate but remember this was 20+ years ago. Everything was new we were inventing how everything was done. If you took responsibility they let you run and gave you resources to achieve your goals if it added to the bottom line. Best workplace I ever experienced. They recruited me as I was an active seller helping others to learn to sell on eBay I knew the owner and early customer service help and the folks creating eBay.

Relatively good place to work for minus advancement opportunities.

No employee retention program. Employees in the call center do not receive raises after a year. You must advance up to receive a raise. They look at you as "replaceable". Experienced call center employees hold no value whatsoever to StubHub even though they save the company money everyday and know what they're doing and hold unrealized value to the company.
