The DRS team managers/director seek promotion for themselves rather than promoting their team members. Management has been promoted twice where as only 3-4 associates promoted in the last 2 years.
Managers can barely speak decent English but will point fingers at the team at every given opportunity.
All new ideas are oppressed and there is no scope for brainstorming or learning a new skill.
Odd hybrid setup of office (will call you for 2 months everyday and ask you to work from home for the next one month). Can call you to office any moment without timely intimation. Becomes a problem for people coming from out station.
Constant threats to be fired. Micromanagement at a very high level.
Below market standard salary. Little to no over time paid but you will be asked to work for beyond working hours very often.
Employees are treated like machines rather than human beings
