This job is just a stepping stone to another career. Unfortunately they hire people who have behavioral problems and on most occasions unable to fix it. I learned a lot of office related stuff, but the workplace became extremely toxic do to our inability to deal with an extremely difficult coworker. Basically you stay there for 1 year which is the average period of how long someone would stay there. Training and development is not well organized for every position, and opportunities for advancement are rare, and not always available to most employees. Too many layoffs, it seems like reducing the workforce is the only solution to improve bottom line... This call center is built on deception. Patronizing, flip scripting, careless "Leadership" are the pillars of this train wreck, nerve-racking, anxiety infused position. I have had other lackluster call center jobs in the past, however EPIQ is by far the absolute worst. They offer decent sounding start wages; then procure a false hope of a career- in reality that concept is riveted with cutthroat, business practices.
