This is a company that treats employees well and prefers to hire internally for management positions. Upward mobility. Great coworkers. Potential to earn commissions. Good company culture with *very* approachable and likeable upper management.

There is a lot of pressure for sales, like convincing customers to open new accounts, take out loans, invest in CDs (low-risk, interest accruing accounts), etc. Can be stressful trying to reach your sales goals if you aren't sales-inclined. Also must work Saturday mornings sometimes, but that's not too bad.
