The Privacy Strategic Initiatives team helps design, promote and facilitate adoption of strategic projects and initiatives that involve multiple functions within the Central Privacy Organization and cross-functional teams throughout the company. In this role, you will help identify and synthesize strategic privacy capabilities within product teams and determine how to track and enable privacy initiatives across Meta products. You will drive prioritization of large scale privacy initiatives across all Meta products as well as ensure that customized and tailored solutions are developed when appropriate. You will serve as the bridge across multiple cross-functional privacy teams, helping build and scale privacy programs and processes across the company. This Program Manager will be process-oriented and bring operational excellence to the privacy program initiatives they lead. This is a highly collaborative role; success will require strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to pivot between high-level strategic planning and operational execution. You should be a team player who is comfortable challenging our existing ways of working and bringing a fresh perspective to our approach. You will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives for the Central Privacy Organization alongside key partners and stakeholders. We are seeking individuals passionate in areas such as deep learning, computer vision, audio and speech processing, natural language processing, machine learning, reinforcement learning, computational statistics, computational cognitive (neuro)science, and applied mathematics. CIFRE positions (Industrial Agreements for Training through Research) are 3-year fixed term for PhD students in France who will work in collaboration with a public research lab. Facebook partners with the Ministry for Higher Education and Research and the National Association for Research and Technology (ANRT) to implement the program for individual students.
