Community focused, paid time to volunteer outside of work Okay benefits Unrealistic expectations for those on the line. They want better relationships with customers but most branches aren't staffed enough to handle regular transactions plus relationship building. Low base pay compared to entry level positions in other banks. Incentive can be okay, but they seem to make it more and more unattainable to achieve. Some branches are clique like and/or cutthroat. Pay can theoretically be decent with incentives. Unbelievably greedy culture. Leadership has heavily scaled back employee perks yet constantly brags about record profits. Management will actively undermine your ability to earn incentives in some branches because of their belief that it is too high.
