The Supervisor will also be responsible for leading, coaching and developing fulfillment staff. Ideal candidate will have experience leading and developing 50 plus team members with focus on scale and change management. Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world.  This position works closely with the Fulfillment Operations Manager to assist the development, implementation and execution of departmental directives. This role supervises the fulfillment and warehouse processes including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping. Including the responsibility for leading, coaching and developing team members. The successful candidate must be able to work any shift.Ideal candidate will have experience leading and developing a team of 50 plus members with focus on scale and change management. We are a drug free facility. Your Superpowers in ActionAssist the Fulfillment Operations Manager in the development, implementation and execution of fulfillment center projectsIdentify and lead initiatives that result in a reduction of waste and result in process improvementManage and resolve conflict issues within the Fulfillment CenterEffectively lead and facilitate groups to educate them in problem identification and resolutionWork closely with the Fulfillment Center Operations Manager to analyze data and draw insights into the identification and mediation of constraining resourcesOversee the tactical execution of the fulfillment and distribution teams, including all related duties such as: resource planning and internal audit of business processesWork closely with Business Operations to support the design and implementation of approved processes. Drive cost effective practices aligned with the strategic direction of OperationsAssist the Fulfillment Center Operations Manager in driving key performance metrics in the areas of safety, quality, delivery and costs to achieve departmental goalsTrain and directly supervise area leads to ensure all fulfillment employees are maintaining compliance with standard work practicesResponsible for safety of the Fulfillment Distribution Center personnel; timely completion of incident reporting as requiredAlign with the business partners to resolve issues and ensure the highest level of serviceMust-Have Superhero GadgetrySeven or more years of retail distribution experience (business or consumer goods)Experience directly managing multiple teams in a high-paced, large scale distribution warehouse.Experience in leading and/or assisting in the development, implementation and execution of projects.Proven analytical, organizational, tactical and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Demonstrated conflict management, resolution, and group facilitation skills.Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse management systems.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the implementation of Lean principles such as Standard Work, 5S and Kanban.Strong interpersonal communications skills.
