The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor leads the timely fulfillment and distribution of customer orders. This role supervises the fulfillment and warehouse processes including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping. The Supervisor will also be responsible for leading, coaching and developing fulfillment staff. Ideal candidate will have experience leading and developing 50 plus team members with focus on scale and change management. We are a drug free facility.
