Should be a great place to work but it wasn't

Has the potential to be a great place to work but there needs to be some change to the "good old network" in HR at Fulton Financial.
|
While some employees enjoy great work life balance, that is not true of many of us that worked in HR. Too many projects in addition to an already full plate. Run f The pay is less than market rate. I left for better work life balance, higher salary, and much better benefits.

Fulton offered internal opportunities to advance and move around within the organization. The benefits were good. Management was decent and encouraged employees to get additional training and learn new skills.

There is very little flexibility in working hours or telecommuting. The workday can be slow and sometimes meetings felt unnecessary. The pay could be better.

Everyone thinks it's their job to prevent anything from changing. Everyone thinks their job is to speak as much as possible during meetings and deliver no actual work.
