Bisher waren alle meine Vorgesetzten darauf bedacht, dass man nicht zu viel arbeitet. Extrem gut. Mit guter Verhandlungsposition sind schon als Uniabsolvent >100k möglich, und das für humane Arbeitszeiten. Der Aktienanteil der variablen Vergütung ist natürlich ein Risiko, war aber in der Vergangenheit extrem lukrativ. Qualität der Manager schwankt, im Großen und Ganzen jedoch gut. In den guten alten Zeiten war alles etwas transparenter. Cooles Office, aber leider mit den üblichen Großraumbüros Kollegen sind extrem nett und smart Definitiv! Google nimmt sich so viel Zeit, wie man gibt. Man ist unter den besten der besten. Das macht es schwierig herauszustechen. Aber sehr transparenter Performance-Prozess. Noch nie so viele Benfits und Perks bei einem AG erhalten. Diversity steht sehr weit oben und wird an allen Stellen gelebt. Immer schwierig in größeren Läden und vor allem bei einer Größe wie Google. Man muss selber filtern was wichtig und interessant ist. Ansonsten alles sehr transparent. Nicht vergleichbar. Alles auf dem besten und neusten Stand. Wenn man etwas benötigt bekommt man es auch wenn dadurch Qualität oder Produktivität gesteigert werden können. Alle sehr hilfsbereit! Große Kampagnen bzgl CO2-Neutralität (auch nach außen hin) Sehr abwechslungsreich Es wird einem stetig gezeigt dass man als Mitarbeiter das wertvollste Gut des Unternehmens ist. However there is still a lot of focus on work-life-balance with a lot of different amenities offered to the employees. There´s a lot of room for development and progression. It´s part of Google DNA that everyone is continuously learning and developing. Google offers very competitive packages and attractive benefits. Diversity, equity and inclusion is one of the core pillars of Google´s culture and included in all day to day actions and decisions. Best offices I have ever seen and worked in; very comfortable and easy to accommodate nicely. The equipment and systems are cutting edge and hassle-free to use in order to get the job done (particularly with focus on cooperation within and across teams). Never had a greater sense of team spirit than here at Google. It is just great to know that there is always someone to ask/reach out to in case you need support - this not only holds true locally but it´s part of Google´s fantastic culture globally. Google´s image being a leading tech company - developer, incubator and contributor of cutting edge technology (e.g. Kubernetes, Tensorflow etc) holds true. Google employees take a lot of pride working for the company and you´ll have a lot of opportunity to work with those cutting edge tech first hand which transform entire industries. Awesome! At Google it is all about continuously challenging the status quo which reflects in very interesting jobs and a very vibrant and every changing corporate environment. Employees are empowered to develop into all different directions across organisations. Professional and personal development is a very important piece of the Google culture. One of Google´s strength is their liberal and creative approach to a modern workspace which includes an excessive work from home program during the Corona pandemic as well as state of the art offices. In any case the working atmosphere is super relaxed yet very results focussed. It´s very easy to find your way around and cooperate with peers at any given time when needed.
