Last year, the company announced significant changes which are now taking effect, but there's a lack of transparency. As time progresses, the uncertainty only grows. In my team, key members have been let go without any replacements, leaving the rest of us to shoulder additional responsibilities, often beyond our original roles. Although my supervisor was promoted, he has become less involved with our team, resulting in a noticeable absence of leadership. I've also observed top senior leaders either being dismissed or leaving voluntarily, which has me contemplating a job search myself. Having been with the company for nearly 16 years, I've witnessed many changes, but never before have I seen such a passive response from leadership during such a critical time. There's a lot of ambiguity, and what once was a great place to work now seems to be disintegrating. Every time you see Mckinsey & co folks around, you know a major shake is coming.

To the CEO and all managerial staff, it is crucial that you handle these major organizational changes with greater responsibility. The morale across many teams is declining due to a lack of transparency and poor communication. While $$millions have been invested in hiring high-end consultants, who advise on dismantling and restructuring the company, it appears insufficient attention and resources are devoted to implementing these changes effectively. Meanwhile, shareholders and top executives continue to profit, and those of us who contribute the most laboriously are left in the dark, only to be informed on the actual day of increasingly FREQUENT layoffs. It's IMPORTANT that the communication improves and that everyone is kept informed and engaged throughout these transitions.

La empresa tiene un antes y después muy claro desde 2021. Hay que mirar el plan y la cultura que hicieron la empresa ser reconocida, respetada y con el doble de valor de acciones que se encuetra. Lamentablemente lo que vino después de la partida del antiguo CEO no fue bueno, el giro de guión y los cambios año tras año dejaron claro la falta de rumbo. Hasta la misión de la compañía ha cambiado un par de veces. Hay que tener estabilidad y visión a lo largo plazo. Hay mucha gente con capacidad y visión, pero a lo largo de los últimos años los buenos marcharon y los que han quedado intentan seguir con el avión volando con un piloto sin ruta clara.
