I was an NWEA employee who became an HMH employee via acquisition. The one pro I can think of is that they allowed us to continue to work remotely
|
- you are not valued
- owned by Private Equity firm
- looking to outsource and cut costs
- management is tone deaf
- benefits are mediocre at best
- ruined the mission of my old company

It seems management has their own agenda that involves cutting costs to make the PE firm happy--there is no reason to believe that it involves keeping employees happy, so I'm not sure what good my advice would do.
