Jobs are pretty easy but youll be doing them for 12 hours a day six days a week, most of the time.

The management at this place terrible. Theres no common sense in the way they schedule machines or personnel. Worst management i’ve ever worked for. Worst work schedule I’ve ever had. The insurance is cheap and the jobs are easy.

The WORST place I have ever worked.
|
Let's see. Bottom line. Super fast production and packaging. pay was 15/hr. The super would come up to you right as you are clocking out and say, "Man, I hate to do it, but you have to stay over." This happened about every day. You would only see them when they need you to stay. Out of date computer system for documentation. Training was a joke.

2-10 minute breaks on a 12 hour shift along with a nasty lunch trailer for 25 minutes.

The crew I worked with was the best ever. Unfortunately, management was very poor, putting people in dangerous positions without adequate training.

I loved working at Indiana Tube for the most part. The crew members are like one big family as most of them have worked with each other for 20+ years.
The overtime there is excessive. The training is very poor. They often have new recruits who aren't fully trained, training in other new recruits. Management has asked crew members to do things that were dangerous.
The hardest part of the job is coping with the stress due to understaffing. We would be doing the work of two people many days.
The best part of working here is the people. They are just super.
There is an element of danger in this business. I think there should be much more thorough training.

Current manager is not the greatest and training is lacking. But they are very flexible and work with your schedule. It has been great for me as a single mom but office work is not for me.

Poor management and Unorganized facility
|
Not a good place to work if you are expecting good organization and management. Becoming a safety hazard environment to work. Management shows favoritism towards certain employees and are very close to discrimination. Management passes their jobs down to the production workers. Management has people that have only been employed for a couple of weeks to train new hires. And when they make mistakes because they haven't been trained to do certain jobs, they are usually fired or talked to very disrespectful by supervisor. Just not a good place to work.
