Absolute abhorrent company
|
Super predatory business whose profits are driven by underhanded customer service tactics. The entirety of the work day consisted of cold calling every single person who made an account with the service (which everyone needs to do in order to view cars for rental). Management refused to allow customer service agents to label customers as "Do not contact" unless they explicitly stated "Do not contact me again", even if the individual clearly did not want to be contacted again. Very soul draining position, as the whole shift consists of you actively making peoples' days worse by bombarding their phone and email with texts/phonecalls/spam mail. One potential customer even noted that the company Customer Service phone number came up as "Scam Likely". Company has a very stereotypical "start-up business" type of energy, with disingenuous positivity meetings and pep talks that were clearly not from the heart. Only work here if you desire to make people's lives worse.
