JOB DESCRIPTION  Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for developing, creating, implementing, and maintaining quality processes and procedures within revenue management; This role will be expected to provide direction and support to all rental revenue functional areas as needed. This includes employee QA, reporting analysis, root cause analysis, and special projects as directed. Key Competencies: Responsible for the design and implementation of the departments QA process. Responsible for all department QA reporting and analytics. Coaches and directs advocates to ensure all billing functions within revenue management are being followed, per departmental work instructions and guidelines. Ensures team production & quality is at or above departmental standards and KPI's Monitors and audits call recordings to score quality metrics and identify coaching opportunities. Provides recommendations regarding quality, training needs and compliance issues identified to applicable stakeholders. Identifies and implements continuous departmental improvement ideas, through analyzing trends and root cause analysis. Ensures that appropriate medical records are maintained according to HIPPA guidelines. Ensures Inogen's compliance with all state and federal regulations. Provides leadership support and coverage of billing supervisor(s) and/or a team lead(s) when directed. Performs and leads special projects and/or other duties as assigned.   Do you possess these abilities? A comprehensive understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial Insurance program rules as it pertains to DME billing, collections, and medical records. Maintain all production personnel training records and verify the training records contain all documentation needed to support the individual's qualifications of a given assembly or test station. Maintain the Training Matrix used to track individual training progression and provide a snapshot of individual qualifications. Work closely with Document Control to track and distribute deviations issued to the production floor as well as all Manufacturing Procedures and Quality Procedures. Confirm that only the most current procedures are released and on the floor. Coordinate with Product Development to transfer new products/line extensions from the development stage to production release while assuring changes are designed properly for test and manufacturing.
