Changes in management transformed it into a nightmare. New managers are devoted only to climbing the career ladder. There is a lot of politics and favoritism is rampant. Overall the salaries have never been great but the company culture and the previous atmosphere made up for it. I am sorry it changed so much. Since the vacation and sick time are mixed together in the same bank with only a maximum of 512, there's only so much sick you can use or vacation time to use. It's impossible to know how or when you'll get sick. It's a time stealing corporate gimmick which needs to change. The maximum hours you can accrue in a week is only 4.90. It's been stuck at that number ever since early 2000s. The other airlines have their own separate sick banks and own vacation time banks and the way it should be. I hope they see this because it's time to at least raise that maximum number of 512 to at least past the Spirit number and give us 800. Then at least 5.0 hours a week.
