<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Summary: </span></strong> The Spine Sales Consultant is responsible for soliciting orders, selling assigned K2M products, and representing the company in accordance with its policies in their assigned area; for maintaining awareness of local competitive conditions and for reporting back promptly to the manager. This position is also responsible for achieving sales objectives and market development goals within a sales territory. This position will develop product demands by creating product awareness and providing education/training to clinicians and hospital staff.<br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong></span>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><p> • Generate new sales: Develop leads, recruit new surgeons, qualify prospects, and make sales calls.<br>• Aggressively seeks new customers and formulates and follow plans for such action as directed by the Sales Manager. <br>• Meets or exceeds sales quota and increases total company market share in assigned territory.<br>• Calls on customers and prospects; provides technical, marketing, and administrative product information and demonstrations; quotes appropriate customer prices.
