The locations and accommodations at each office are nice.
|
Lacking in core management. Unprofessional in how business is conducted. Claims to have "Family" (a red flag) as a core value when it is anything but. Very gossipy, cliquish in most departments. Face issues rather than postponing them. Pay your employees more as they are underpaid in most markets compared to competitors.

I've worked for three different financial institutions and I wouldn't trade my Landmark family for anything. The people and internal culture are why employees stay. Landmark recognizes success and encourages growth. Teamwork is something we take pride in and lean on.
|
While I do consider our benefits package to be competitive (health, dental, vision, life insurance, cancer insurance, 401K, paid sick time, paid vacation, paid personal days) I do wish our healthcare plan was better and more affordable. Especially for families. It's the one thing I would change about my job and the biggest reason I gave LNB 4 stars instead of 5. But if it's any consolation I have stayed for almost 10 years now anyway. Even after having a competitive offer from somewhere else that would have paid 100% of my healthcare. This company is worth it to me.
