The app was working fine but it suddenly stopped working. When I went to reinstall the app the Credential ID field to register the app in ClientWorks came up empty so it cannot be registered which means it is not working on my phone. Typically the Credential ID is self generated, and then this ID is used to register the phone. I submitted a report but as of this post there has been no resolution.
