A bunch of people where fired, let go, or quit under questionable circumstances during my time there. Most of the management there seemed like they were totally faux about their perky and cheerful demeanor. Seemed like it was just virtue signaling and a corporately sanctioned mask they put on to seem nice. I really enjoyed working there but it was pretty apparent that a lot of the people working there, especially the leadership weren't genuine people and the work environment was toxic despite what they wanted to make it seem. There was some really genuinely kind and cool people who did show me support in leadership at one point but they no longer work there and were replaced by soulless corporate robots. I loved the team I was working with and directly managed. The vibe and energy in the store depends on the leaders and what they bring. Overstaffed, not enough hours to ensure people are able to work. Lots of training provided. Monthly staff meeting at 6AM or late night was no fun for most but it was compulsory. No overtime allowed so you really have to juggle and organize your time between being on the floor and admin tasks.
