Fun due to the aspects of the jobs. Working there allowed for access to Vegas vacation perks without spending for it all the time. The only downside were the fear of inconsistent employment, undertrained management, and high sales points.

VEGAS.com was a fun place to work. Always something new and exciting. Eventually, I left because the pay was low, bonuses became nonexistent and there were no opportunities for advancement. I also wanted a job with more stable hours and a separation from work and personal life. It was a real boys' club, which got old quick.

Typical day was 8:30-6:30 with client events until 11pm or midnight. Lots of client events on weekends. 70-80 hour work weeks. You had to be available on email and phone 24-7-365. Technology was getting outdated. Innovation was becoming stagnant.

Vegas.com has a competitive environment. They want there employees to go after other colleagues leads. It is an Inbound Call Center. The coolest thing is you get to see some of the stars of the many shows that Vegas has to offer.

Work is fun and interesting. Does get pretty busy at times, but never too stressful. Co-workers are great! Getting time off for personal matters is not difficult. Perks are really good. (Free shows, etc.)
